Really helps me think in terms of BIM February 19, 2009 Kathryn A. Bourgoine (Forest Hills, NY) 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
The more I dive into Building Information Modeling, the more valuable my 11th Edition of Architectural Graphic Standards becomes. BIM needs you to think in building elements--and that's precisely what the organization of this book helps me do.
Sure, it doesn't have everything from the 10th edition in there, but it's not like I'm going to throw out my old edition. And, there's so much NEW information.
I highly recommend this title. Check out the CD versions too (now they have a network version).
THE Standard January 6, 2009 John S. Venning (Livingston, TX) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
What can you say? It's THE standard. Builders as well as designers will use this reference often, and this update is excellant.
Architect's graphic standards library February 8, 2009 Gafar Shash 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
This book is very essential for academic, special and design libraries. No student, architect, or designer could work without having this book in hand so that he can study and design his assignment or project with more confidence and reliability.
